Notice for Chinese Government Scholarship students to complete their registration in the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System for the fall semester of 2022-2023

Dear Chinese Government Scholarship students,

According to the relevant regulations of the China Scholarship Council, all scholarship students who are able to participate in online or offline teaching in the 2022/2023 academic year are required to register with their student status information.

For autumn registration, the scholarship student must first register in the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System (hereinafter referred to as the Management System) from September 1st to September 20th. Please refer to the attachment: Student Registration Procedures.

Please use the CSC registration number to land management system and complete the registration https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/?9FyBl6JDFLTe=1662545759941#/login, forgetting the CSC registration number or password, Please email huakf@usst.edu.cn for CSC registration number or to reset your password.

When registering, students should choose the corresponding teaching method (online/offline), where online refers to scholarship students who take online courses abroad, and offline refers to scholarship students who take online or offline courses in China. If the passport number is wrong in the basic information, the scholarship student can inform the International Student Office of the International Exchange Office (hereinafter referred to as the International Student Office) to modify it in time in the system; If the other information is incorrect, the scholarship student shall submit the application for information change through the management system after the completion of registration and meanwhile text and email to huakf@usst.edu.cn to notify the application, and the school will modify the application in the system after review. If the student status information is incorrect, the International Student Office shall submit it to the State Scholarship Council for approval through the management system according to relevant regulations.

Students of Grade 2022 who cannot enter China and do not have online study conditions, and students of Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 who have applied for the reserved scholarship should confirm with Hujiang College whether they still have the intention to come to China. The scholarship can be reserved until the end of August 2023 with the university's approval. Students who do not participate in online teaching should register in China before the fall semester of 2023/2024 academic year. Old students who are unable to participate in teaching should apply for a leave of study suspension.

If the scholarship student gives up coming to China or fails to register after the deadline, the school will confirm the waiver of the unregistered student in the management system.
