International students who need to apply for a Certificate of Discontinuation are requested to bring the following documents to Room 318, Qinye Building. The processing period is 5 working days (excluding statutory holidays, winter and summer vacations).

2. Original and photocopy of the applicant's passport.
· For applications submitted by a representative: The representative must present their original ID card, a letter of authorization from the applicant, and photocopies of both parties' ID documents

3. Two recent 2-inch color passport photos, OR a digital version of the photo meeting the specifications below:
· Color, blue background
· Size: 2-inch
· Dimensions: 480 pixels (width) × 640 pixels (height)
· File Size: 20KB to 40KB
· Format: .jpg
· File Name: Your full name.
4. If applying through a representative:
You are required to send an email from your personal mailbox to huakf@usst.edu.cn.The email must include scanned copies of documents 1 and 2 (with your electronic signature) and the digital photo specified in point 3.The representative must then submit the original documents to the International Student Office (Room 318, Qinye Building).
