2018/2019 USST Independent Enrollment of Chinese Government Scholarship Students

  In accordance with the document of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of MOE, specific enrollment regulations are currently established as follows:


1. Category of Enrollment
Full-time postgraduates (Master, PH.D)
2. Target Students
Regarding freshman*: We will only admit students who have not already studied in China.
3. Qualifications
Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens.
Applicants who study for a master degree should be under 35 years old and have a bachelor's degree.
Applicants who study for a doctoral degree should be under 45 years old and have a master's degree.
4. Details Of Scholarship
Registration fee, tuition fee, basic teaching materials and accommodation fees are exempted.
Living allowance: (PH.D 3500 RMB/month Master 3000RMB/month) and one-off settlement fee.

5. Application documents

Include the original and a copy, and fill out in Chinese or English.

Those who are able to apply online shall fill in and print the application form after submitting it online,then sign their names on the form.

When choose major of the university, please refer to:

Undergraduate:4 years

Master:3 years

Doctor:3 years

(2)Valid highest education certificate and transcript, i.e., copy of degree diploma and transcript, and notarized Chinese or English translation. If the verification is written in a language other than Chinese or English, it must be translated into either English or Chinese and sealed with official notarization. If applicants are either students about to graduate by 2014/2015 school year or have been employed, they must submit appropriate verification.
(3)Applicant’s study plan in China (at least 800 words) written in Chinese or English.
(4)2 recommendation letters from either full professors or associate professors.

(5)Copy of valid Foreigner's Physical Examination Record and blood test report if any, the originals should be carried about to China
