On the afternoon of December 24, 2014, USSTinternational students mobilization meeting of international cultural festivalwas held in the reporting hall of comprehensive service bldg as planed. Morethan 130 numbers of Volunteers of International Students Association, HongkongMacao and Taiwan Students Association and Students’ Association Union attendedthe meeting.
The meeting includes four parts, In the beginning , Mr. ZhangYongsheng from ISO delivered a speech, then Zhang A-long, the president ofStudents International Communication Association (SICA) extended the mostsincere greetings to the guests and students in the reporting hall and also putforward new requirements for the volunteers in SICA.
Du Xuan, the president of Students’Association Union delivered a speech. The presenting of the main guests greatlyhelped students increase the understanding of the international culturalfestival. The appointment process made the students comprehensively understandthe organizing frame of SICA and laid foundation for the staff mobilization infuture. The students in the reporting hall showed great interest in this internationalcultural festival.
In the end, Mr.Zhang Yongsheng, the teacher of ISO, made a summaryand proposed requirements for the future work. The successful holding ofmeeting not only increases the in-depth understanding of this internationalcultural festival among students but also improved their enthusiasm to takepart in the activities of international cultural festival.
