In 2021 summer vacation, please come to International Student Office and apply for Introduction Letter for Visa Application per following time schedule:
7月12日 - 7月16日 July 12th - July 16th
8月2日 August 2nd
8月23日 August 23rd
8月31日 August 31st
9月6日 - 9月10日 September 6th - 10th
9月13日 - 9月17日 September 13th - 17th

温馨提醒 Reminders：
1.办理时请携带护照原件、出示临时住宿登记单。
Please bring along original passport and Registration Form for Temporary Residence.
2.超过一般修业年限（本科4年，研究生3年）还要继续学习的，还须携带办理好的学习情况证明。
For students who intend to extend study period (undergraduates longer than 4 years and postgraduates longer than 3 years) and extend visa/residence permit thereof, please also bring along approved Confirmation of Study Status after Normal Study Period.

3.新生除了护照原件、临时住宿登记单外，还请出示录取通知书、201/202表、毕业证书/结业证书/离校证明。原居留许可过期3个月以上的，应重新办理体检，取得体检报告。
Except for original passport and Registration Form for Temporary Residence, freshmen should also bring along Admission Notice, JW201/202 form, graduation certificate/certificate of completion/leaving certificate. If previous residence permit has expired for more than 3 months,health check should be retaken and the report should be available too.
4.请务必检查自己的签证，在居留许可到期日之前到留学生办公室申请办理签证延期。护照快到期的同学，请提前6个月申请更换新护照。
Please make sure to renew passport 6 months in advance or/and extend visa before the expiry date.
5.如果护照遗失或被窃，请联系使领馆，并至出入境管理局（民生路1500号）登记。
If your passport is lost or stolen, please contact your embassy first and then report to Shanghai Exit-entry Bureau at No.1500 Minsheng Rd.
