已（入境中国）返校的国际学生：
To international students who entered China to study
一、持X1签证入境的国际学生必须在入境之日起30天内办理居留许可申请手续。在办理居留许可前须取得上海市出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心出具的《健康证明》。
International students with X1 visa must apply for residence permit within 30 days from the date of entry. Before applying for residence permit, you must obtain the Health Certificate issued by the International Travel Health Care Center of Shanghai Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
二、如何取得《健康证明》
How to obtain the Health Certificate
受理健康检查的部门：上海出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心

健康检查后，出检查报告和健康证明最快需要3个工作日，请到校后尽早安排预约体检日期
After the health check, it will take 3 working days at the earliest to issue the examination report and health certificate. Please arrange an appointment for the physical examination date as soon as possible after your arrival.

三、入境之日起30天内未能取得《健康证明》的，暂时不能申请居留许可，只能申请换发有效期为30天的X2签证。取得《健康证明》之后，需要再次申请将X2签证改为居留许可。
Those who fail to obtain Health Certificate within 30 days from the date of entry can only apply for a new X2 visa with a validity of 30 days, and apply again to change the X2 visa into a residence permitAfter obtaining the Health Certificate,.
四、申请换发签证和居留许可需要的材料及费用
Materials and expenses required for applying for renewal of visas and residence permits
（1）申请人有效护照及签证原件；
Original valid passport and visa of the applicant
（2）录取通知书原件（仅适用录取后第一次入境的国际学生）；
Original admission notice (only applicable to international students who enter China for the first time after admission).
（3）《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》JW202或JW201签证申请表（录取后第一次入境的国际学生出具第三联原件，非第一次入境的老生可出具复印件）
Visa Application Form for Foreign Students in China (JW202 or JW201)
(original of the third page is required to be presented for students entering China for the first time , for other students a copy page should be adequate).
（4）由上海出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心出具的《健康证明》原件
The original Health Certificate issued by the International Travel Health Care Center of Shanghai Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
（5）留学生办公室开具的《外国留学生办证申请函》和《学籍情况证明》（其中，《学籍情况证明》仅适用老生）
Application for Foreign Student Certificate and Certificate of Student Status issued by the International Student Office (of which, Certificate of Student Status only applies to students other than Grade 2022).
（6）《境外人员临时住宿登记单》（原件及复印件，仅需提交复印件）
Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Overseas Personnel (original and copy, only copy is required).
（7）到出入境管理局办理大厅后填写的《外国人签证证件申请表》
the Application Form for Foreigner's Visa Certificate filled in the lobby of Bureau of Exit and Entry.
（98）取回护照时支付办理居留许可的费用人民币400元（一年以内）
400 yuan (less than one year) will be collected for residence permit application when retrieving passport.
五、办理签证和居留许可的出入境机构地点
